With a set of stilts, this little giraffe almost fits right in with the crowd of giraffes!

Original, hand-pulled, limited edition, numbered and signed prints from a set of 2 individual etched copper plates.
I had to run in through the press 3 times because I used the same giraffe plate 3 times. That means there is a great risk of ruining the print….if the plate is not lined up just right, or the paper or the plate slips as I crank it through, or if the ink isn’t wiped the same on each one.

Each one is done by hand, so there will be slight variances. Printing inks and textures may vary. Also, paper color may be white or cream.

I also sell them matted ($105) and/or framed ($175-300). If interested, please contact me for info.

The gingerbread man knew it was “that time of year”. He had heard about what was coming for them. He hoped it would not take him. Then he saw it….a giant hand…somehow attached to that drooling mouth behind it. He began to sweat. His heart was pounding so hard he thought it might pop one of his sugary, blue buttons. He wanted to run, to scream out, but it was no use. His legs would not move….like they were baked that way. It felt like hours, but it was only seconds, and then it was over. He was safe. “Whew!” But she was gone….she was gone!!…Oh well, she talked too much anyway.

This image was created using a combination of hand-drawing and Photoshop.

This is also available on a brown t-shirt for $20. Contact me for info.
