Gingerbread Boy $15

The gingerbread man knew it was “that time of year”.  He had heard about what was coming for them.  He hoped it would not take him.  Then he saw it….a giant hand…somehow attached to that drooling mouth behind it.  He began to sweat.  His heart was pounding so hard he thought it might pop one of his sugary, blue buttons.  He wanted to run, to scream out, but it was no use.  His legs would not move….like they were baked that way.  It felt like hours, but it was only seconds, and then it was over.  He was safe.  “Whew!”  But she was gone….she was gone!!…Oh well, she talked too much anyway.
